Girls That Jeff® Running Club is an international virtual running community and England Athletics affiliated running club for women who ‘Run Walk Repeat’. We are also a registered Community Interest Company (CIC). This means we are a volunteer led and not-for-profit organisation, set up to benefit the Girls That Jeff® community.

What started as a small Facebook group for women to discuss run-walking, (or ‘Jeffing’, named for the running coach Jeff Galloway who pioneered the most well-known version of this method) has grown into a global community of over 30,000 amazing women.

Girls That Jeff® Running Club takes that community to the next level.
